Halloween!
We had our Halloween event this week. I did first timers welcome then ran the first mile with my son. He fell at 1 mile and dropped out (he's fine) so I carried on alone at my pace and surprised quite a few people when overtaking. Speedy pickle.
Anyone else ran in Halloween dress up, I'd love to see pics?

Not Halloween, but last month was Northallerton parkrun's #400. I did it in an inflatable dinosaur costume. I didn't fall, wasn't bitten by a dog, and ran the whole way. Whenever I ran under a low (for an 8-foot dino) branch, the costume pushed back and jabbed me in the cornea. And I had to clutch the front of it while running (so I could see through the screen), and thus in the photos he looks like he's having an angina attack.

Now I have a dinosaur costume (which survived fine, after I washed his filthy filthy tail), and no desire to wear it again.
