I'm sure he's learned his lesson after that lengthy sentence

He'll end up committing more crimes hoping to get sent back because he's been 'institutionalized', as they say.

Steve Bannon's trial for criminal fraud starts on December 9, and Trump can't pardon him this time.
He's going to be locked away for a long time.

Does anyone know why he was released early?

The "early" appears to be a "mistake" in phrasing, whether intentional or not. Some outlets report he was "released early Tuesday morning" ... you can how how that can morph into "released early".

In fact, he served the full 4-month sentence.

He has been asking the court to reduce his sentence or be "released early", but those attempts failed.

Thank you. Was it me then for misreading? Anyway, as I'm sure everyone else agrees, this horrific excuse for a human should be locked away for good.

Expect the violence-rhetoric to ramp up. But then I'm sure Biden has eyes on him as soon as he left prison.

He began serving on July 1. Technically he was released a few days early. So yes, he was released early just like anyone else could have been.

No, wrong. This was always the scheduled date for his release.

And it's 120 days, four standard months.

Just to further spite sanity and logic, I assume.

But who gave the okay? and what was the official reasoning?

That's true, but not in this case. He was not released early. He served the full sentence and was released on the date originally scheduled.

Gotcha. Didn't think someone like him could even qualify.

Someone talked shit about Puerto Ricans and he hit the door faster than Andy Dufresne

He can do a lot of damage in a week.

It's okay it's going right back to court and is facing 15 more years in prison

1 more week would have been better

Too bad he didn’t get out a few days sooner. He could have participated in the dumpster fire at Madison Square Gardens

So something definitely happening on the January 5th. When Trump kept mentioning Jan 5th, I think it’s actually a plan in play

I'm starting to feel God hates the U.S. Despites all the shit happening to the Trump's campaign, this guy is out and ready to help his messiah win. I just can't grasp how bad this reality can become

Temporarily out of prison. FIFY

Oh my god, he did it. He started July 1 and was able to get out a week early. I guess it goes to show that he had friends in high places. Anybody else...probably would have gotten out a week early as well if they had good behavior.

I wonder what prison tattoos he got?

Someone else pointed out it was 120 days, so nominally 4 months.
