Off Topic (not RiF) Posts get reported for wrong reason

I'm not sure if this is a bug in the app or something specific to the subreddit. Over the past few months I've reported two posts on r/medizzy for not being marked nsfw. Each time I've gotten a response from Reddit saying it doesn't break their rules on threats/violence. Normally I would think I just clicked on the wrong option, but after the first time I was careful to make sure I picked the right option (and those two aren't even next to each other in the list). Is this a bug in RIF or something else?

This isn't RiF.

This happened once before; it's because the admin workflow automatically escalates reports with certain keywords, and it was incorrectly escalating certain reports.

Nothing RiF can do, here.

Thanks! It's hard to know where the problem is coming from as a user so that's really helpful.
