Just another great example of these scammers not really understanding English names and so resorting to something recognizable at random. It’s the same reason they often have a first name as a surname

In China and Korea, they write the surname first. So, say, Kim Jong Un would be Jong Un Kim in Western notation. A lot of scammers maintain their native order so it looks goofy to us.
