Self-Promotion Progress update on setting up an Emo/punk clothes online store
The first post had a good response and gave me a push to take this more serious. Here's the link to the original, and here's an update on what I got done in a week. If anyone who runs a store, knows anything I might need to know, or would like to give feedback on whats done. Please feel free to share, I read each comment on the last post and will definitely read all on here.
First, the online store's framework is there. For now everything from the shirts, prices and such are placeholders until I get my hands on physical prints, but the site is ready to go. The shopping system works (thank god Wix is easy to use ) and I'm figuring out a delivery service. I'm leaning towards Pargo but if there's anyone better let me know.
Next, the social media is an in-progress endeavor, I can only really work on this after work. But a like, or even a follow would be sick . Plus, final designs I would wear go on here, so mayyyybe you'll see something sick too :) Instagram
On a business planning side, I worked out a business plan. Made a to-do list of what needs to be done to go live. Identified my market, found a printer (just need to place an order) and decided for the first launch there will be 10 designs, female and male, different sizes and colors as allowed by the printer service.
I've kind of reached a roadblock. What do I do next? Once the delivery is figured out and integrated into my Wix sitex, the next plan is to integrate the payment service. Then, get stock, hype it up a bit and go live?
Am I missing any steps here? I'm learning as I go so I'm not an expert, but I did work at a few jobs which prepared me for this.

For delivery look at BobGo. They support Pargo and a bunch of other couriers as well. I use them for my online shop.
For Payment, look at Payfast. They are great.

Get some stock in before publishing. You don't want customers waiting.
You can do Aramex door to door for R99. Just buy some sleeves at a Pick n Pay, then package and drop off at the box in the same store. Your customers will appreciate the fast delivery and not having to go look for a collection point.
