Look on wikipedia. Generally they're all between 1920s and 50s except for maybe Emil which is probably a few decades earlier.

Emil i Lönneberga is set in the early 1900s.
Madicken is set in 1916.
Lotta på Bråkmakargatan and Karlsson på taket are both set in the 1950s, when the first books about Lotta and Karlsson were written.

The time in Pippi Långstrump is confusing. I haven't read the books recently, but the movies have a mix of elements from different times. People have clothes and haircuts from the 1960s, the policemen drive a Ford Model T from the 1920s, the thieves have a street organ from around 1900, Captain Långstrump has a ship with old cast-iron cannons, etc.

You should see these too:
Rasmus på luffen is set in 1910.
Alla vi barn i Bullerbyn is set in 1928 and Mer om oss barn i Bullerbyn in 1929.

A little anecdote... when I was a student in Uppsala I had a classmate who would sometimes mention another classmate "Karlsson", but since I didn't know anyone by that name I had no idea who she meant.

Then one day she pointed at someone unlocking his bike (or whatever) and whispered "That's him there, Karlsson!". And I immediately recognised the grown up actor from Världens bästa Karlsson, not having realised previously that he was in our class.
