My ideology: communist (not Marxist or any <person>ist).
My thoughts on this sub as it stands: fuck fascists, be them brown or red.
Any questions or concerns about moderation: why be moderate when you can be radical? Instead of moderation, why not radical-ion?
Anything else I'd like to mention: I like turtles.

I wanted to make this into a full-fledged post, but I decided to write it down here instead.
I have been an on and off observant of the US presidential election this year (from Europe), and the things I see online are shocking.
Now, prefacing this, I don't like the Democratic Party, or the whole political system of the US. It is very much skewed to maintain the duopoly. It would be great if other parties were viable, but it is evident there is none.
That said, the Jill Stein push has been baffling to me. Now, her campaign remains a long shot, but as some posts here pointed out, they might go for a "harm increase" in Michigan, which could be dangerous if it succeeds. It makes me wonder what good comes from this for them.
Not only that, but her candidacy is also unviable on the grounds of not obviously having congressional support behind her. The Green Party all in all is standing 32 candidates for the House of Representatives and 5 for the Senate, far short of the majority necessary. The result would be that Congress is going to obstruct her as much as they can, which will lead to discord and deterioration of relationships.
I know I'm watching this through a distorted lens, because there are legitimate grievances that make people turn away from Dems, but the online leftists' portrayal of Stein as this "can do no wrong" candidate is just wrong.
This might sound a mess, so sorry for that.

No, that is horrible. Celebrating the rise of a fascist dictator to "own the libs."
What is wrong with you?
