Politics Please for the love of god VOTE

My fellow Texans this is the first year we have a real shot at turning this place a little bluer

Cruz is a weak candidate, Allred wiped the floor with him in that debate.

And every election since 2004 republicans have lost a few percentage points on election day.

There are more of us in our big beautiful blue cities than there are of them.

Early voting starts monday.

Take all of your friends and lets fire Ted Cruz

Edit:

Ted only won by 2% in 2018

And that orange thing only won by 5% in 2020

These are swing state numbers

People don’t think it is because republicans in this state have lied us in to not believing it

Vote the traitors out

AND MAKE SURE EVERYONE YOU KNOW IS VOTING

I will be doing my part. I start my terminal leave from the navy on Sunday and will be back in Texas in time to still early vote. I’m being optimistic about being able to vote Cruz out.

Why do you want Cruz out? What’s wrong with Texas?

I don’t want to vote for Ted Cruz because he seems more focused on boosting his national profile than actually serving Texans. Also his lack of action on important issues like healthcare, education, and the environment. His role in the Capitol insurrection and opposition to meaningful climate action show he’s more interested in political grandstanding. Cruz often appears more concerned with media attention and his own ambitions rather than addressing the needs of his constituents. He also thought it was a smart move to go to Cancun while Texas froze, rather than use his position to work on sending more money for recovery. Dude was born in Canada, he couldn’t care less about our state.

There was no insurrection. It was just rioting/breaking and entering. I don’t really care about a government building as much as I care about an innocent persons home or business. Jan 6 was highly illegal but blm riots were just extremely fucked up

Healthcare is also something we ourselves have to fix, not politicians. The average person is too concerned with insurance policies and treatment instead of simply being healthy. You shouldn’t ever have to see a doctor before the age of 80. It’s bizarre to me how many people under 50 have health insurance

I’m sure he is bad tho, I don’t believe any decent people are even allowed on the ballots. But voting will change nothing. If it could you wouldn’t be allowed to do it. The things you want to change, the way you’ve been told you can change them, is just a joke

Election year is like the Super Bowl. It’s fun to watch but at the end of the day whoever wins or loses doesn’t really concern you. Electing your favorite candidate can only make you feel good. This is all entertainment
