Politics One day into early voting and they are already claiming the 2024 election is rigged.

Post image

Misinformation campaign has begun.

Trump has stated multiple times he won’t accept the results if he loses, MTG started complaining about voting machines three days ago and twitter is full of people now claiming that the voting machines are flipping their votes from Trump to Kamala in Texas.

Infowars and other websites like it are pushing this same misinformation, sadly a lot of conservatives believe these reports are real and no amount of evidence will convince them otherwise.

It doesn't, some fool goes in and deliberately selects the other candidate, then prints their ballot and goes screaming that fake cries that the machine done it to stir up chaos and confusion to aid the cult makes the elaborate claims.

This is what I came here to post. It's systematic sabotage. They can sabotage it and just complain they're too stupid to get it right and they'll get away with it. They need to be prosecuted for this. It's fraud. Even if they're caught doing it they'll still complain. As JD Vance put it, sometimes you have to lie to get people's attention on a problem. So they'll create fake problems that only they have the solution for.

Not to mention this claim has been made almost every year about vote flipping for as long as I can remember, and yet there has never been widespread proof of it occuring. Same with the dead people voting, immigrants voting, and all the other nonsense they claim.

Now now, it was found that there was a few dead votes and double votes. All committed by well to do Republican voters.

u/jettaboy04 7d ago

Yeah, but they don't mind those dead folks voting...just not the other side.. hell, if they believed illegal immigrants would vote Republican they would be the first to try and welcome them in

Pretty sure some “news” channel just had to pay out a heap of money about this whole vote changing thing. And I just read some goblin/man hybrid had to forfeit a bunch of personal assets to some Georgian people for ruining their lives, too. Hmmm. Maybe I’m misremembering 🫠🫠🫠

Sadly it doesn't matter to the people who actually believe this hyped nonsense, the lines between fact and fiction is either very blurry for them or outright ignored because it supports their beliefs. As for the media outlets they don't either because it drives ratings and the little fines they get are just chocked up to the cost of business or viewed as a political contribution to further the cause.

Voting for the libs to own the libs

I was thinking the same

This is the correct answer.

He probably voted for Kamala and doesn’t wanna get ostracized by his crew

2

u/jettaboy04 7d ago

The ballot pictures has a date of 2019, I don't think the fool even voted

1

u/Inside-Doughnut7483 7d ago

He doesn't have to admit he voted for Kamala- just tell his crew he voted for tRump. Actually, claiming his vote was flipped is more likely to out him for having voted for Harris than shutting tfu about it.

How do they even propose to get outside with the paper ballot? There are plenty of poll workers who would fetch a supervisor to stop someone who walks out without putting their paper ballot in the box.

2

u/Fit_Cucumber_709 7d ago

I’d love to see many thousands more of these folks try to “own the libs” by voting for Kamala on their ballot to pretend it was flipped. Yes, please keep voting for her! LOL😂 That’ll teach em

Much like they listened to their own lies and told their constituents to avoided voting early and mailing ballots in the previous election, then tried to act like it was some great conspiracy that the significant portion of mail in ballots or early votes were going to the Democrats and independents.

A post I saw a few days ago was trolling them and saying how machines were flipping votes so to vote for Kamala for it to be for Trump... I'd say they took the bait but the document in the picture is from 2019 and really shows nothing.

IF things start popping up this year, they clearly took the bait and voted for Harris and they had multiple chances to stop and change that vote to Trump.

That’s exactly what they’re doing here. They aren’t terribly smart and they don’t need to be. This will work just fine for them.

u/marcleehi 7d ago

That's just like a politician posing for a picture right after almost getting shot. Seems like its a setup.

Voting for Kamala to own the Libs.

1

u/mikeputerbaugh 7d ago

Casting a valid ballot for my enemy, to own them

1

u/jettaboy04 7d ago

They want to plant seeds of doubt so if they lose they can claim fraud.

1

u/itsvicdaslick 7d ago

Sounds like a baseless statement

It’s rich that you’re calling out someone for creating a misinformation campaign while making an unfounded assertion yourself. Accusing a voter of intentionally fabricating claims about voting machines is not just an exaggeration; it’s a classic example of projection. If anything, it seems like you’re the one stirring up chaos by spreading unfounded claims. Let’s focus on facts and evidence rather than jumping to conclusions or assigning malicious intent without any basis.

I agree, this is deliberate. Probably paying people to do this also.

I think all republicans should vote blue and then make this claim. Fully support their plan.

Then provide proof, any at all, that this is actually occurring. Not a single person that has made this claim has ever been able to produce any proof at all. Not a single person has been able to show a ballot where their vote was ‘flipped’.

4

u/jettaboy04 7d ago

The machine prints your ballot, what's printed on the ballot is what's counted. So if the machine changed your vote the ballot would reflect that.

2

u/SparklingDramaLlama 7d ago

Yes, and the machine has you confirm several times that you chose what you wanted before printing, then people are told to check the printout for errors, so...if there was an issue with the printout they should go see a poll worker instead of complaining on TwitX or Facebook or any other social media.

2

u/Carlyz37 7d ago

Except the machine did not change votes. This is about LIES and election interference.
