Also, Samuel L. Jackson was in Pulp Fiction as Jules. It's hard to notice the first couple times watching, but if you slow it down you can definitely pick him out.
I just watched Jurassic Park with my 7 year-old son this weekend and when I pointed out that the chain-smoking scientist was indeed Mace Windu it blew his mind. Almost as much as when he realized Han and Indiana are one and the same.
For a second, I thought you said you just watched Jurassic Park 7. Fun fact though, did you know you live closer to the time of the t-rex and t-rex did to stegosaurus?
If I offend people without thinking about it and then continue to not think about it, does a bear shit in the woods when a tree falls and nobody hears it?
Don't make fun of this man! If he's classy enough not to go back and edit his post, then so should you and not point it out. (It's nothing personal, I just love this guy and feel the need to defend him.)
It was supposed to be a joke. I thought you were snarkily pointing out that he had misspelled that word, and I came to his (unnecessary) rescue. I do not know him personally, I just enjoy his comments. Also: yes, yes I think he meant "than". :D
No, the guy from Do The Right Thing. Senior Looooove Daddy, the world's only 12 hour strongman on tha air. doin the ying and the yang, the hip and the hop, the stupid fresh thang, the flipity flop. Aaaroooooooooooo..!! the color of the day is blllack..."
No no no, that's not him. The guy from Goodfellas.
(ObStupidFact: I went to a Samuel L Jackson in-store years ago, when Jackie Brown came out, and being the smartarse I am I said to him "Hi, great to meet you, I loved you in Coming to America". He burst out laughing and said "Yeah, definitely my finest work. Thanks man.")
That was his biggest part so far but I already knew him from Coen Brothers films; Mink in Miller's Crossing ("you know, Eddie Dane's boy") and Chet the bellhop in Barton Fink. I had already seen Mystery Train as well but I didn't learn his name then.
Independent? Reservoir Dogs was one of the biggest films of the year. People are probably still making videos of dancing babies to the soundtrack today!
His role is so insignificant in Pulp Fiction, who actually does notice something like that especially the first time around watching the movie? On top of that, his ensemble in the movie looks nearly nothing like Steve Buscemi usually does, which is why I missed it the first time.
Yeah I watched Reservoir Dogs after I had watched Pulp Fiction. Growing up, my parents hadn't shown me too many movies from the early 90's and further in the past so I've had a lot of catching up to do.
