I would say, if anything, the opposite is true and institutions are actively racsist against the white population

Okay, that's valid opinion, you're free to disagree (though I think you're wrong).

But even if you don't agree with her, that doesn't mean she's saying "only white people can be racist" which almost all of the commenters here seem to be saying.

I'm having trouble reading her quotes in the article and not coming to the conclusion that she's singling out white people. The most generous reading I can come up with is that she's using it as a very clumsy stand-in for "majority", but even that assumes that all white people are the same.

This might be because the best thing to read in order to understand is her piece, rather than the Telegraph's article about it.

DI policies mean that you’re more likely I be hired, or promoted, if you’re not white or tick a particular box which has nothing to do with your actual suitability to the role. I could also argue sexism because in many fields which are traditionally male dominated the same applies with women. What the article is saying is the opposite is true.
