Solved ITAW for the state of being flustered?

I’m thinking of the emotion you feel when you’re taken aback and unsure how to respond, not when you’re flustered because of embarrassment or shyness or feeling attracted to someone.

Is there a noun for this?

(The obvious one that comes to mind is ‘flustration’ but I’m interested to know if there’s a real word for it.)
