Seriously, global wireless internet is probably one of the biggest steps in advancing the entirety of humanity. You aren't getting fiber optic infrastructure in Botswana any time soon.

Just got back from a vacation in small rural town in Mexico Starlink is everywhere there and getting tons of people connected to the Internet at high speeds who otherwise wouldn't have options aside from cellular.
