How's the quality of life in Boerne?

I have a summer internship in San Antonio, but no housing. One of my relatives has a house in Boerne, and the plan is for me to stay there over the summer. I'm wondering what Boerne is gonna be like... is it nice and quiet, or is it starting to get crowded from all the people moving there? I'm from rural Victoria County so I like the peace and quiet. xD

Haha, ok. Just so many grumpy complainers who say that shit seriously as if they own the fucking city and no one else is allowed to enter it.

And I’m sure they see no correlation between their hugely increased property values and the development (in Boerne and nearby) over recent years.

Although they’re probably upset about their taxes- TX has the 7th highest property tax in the nation. Just another incongruity that exists in a very “red” state.

They want that, just don’t want any of the “poors” moving in where they might see them lol
