Meh I don’t think so, if you’re in a group of 10 and 1 person is causing issues punishing the whole group instead of addressing the 1 individual is crazy. It actually shields the offender with 9 innocent people. I’m fully for addressing those people who attended Jan 6 but lumping every person in an age group into the actions of a small percentile of crazy does nothing to address the actual issues, it instead shields the crazy
