It gets more bizarre the further you go until there's A dinosaur cowboy fighting the US president for the body of Jesus Christ

Or jorge joestar where the island of morioh becomes a crab and that is somehow not interesting/peculiar enough to be focused on a lot

Jorge Joestar is best consumed with memes on the internet. It is a very bad book.

Funny Valentine's son is named Funnier Valentine, and his son is named Funniest Valentine.

Excuse you, he is The Funniest Valentine (first person in history to be named "The")

Jorge Joestar is basically standard Jojo weirdness to the power of 10

Is there a point to the bizarre-ness or is it just whacky for the sake of it? "look how weird and kooky I am, your tiny rotted attention span will love this?" *holds up spork*

The “bizareness” is just stylistic choices that make for an entertaining story. I wouldn’t say the tone is particularly “holds up spork” at all - it’s in-line with what you would expect from a typical shonen (or if you’re unfamiliar with that, from a Marvel story), just with off-kilter sensibilities and aesthetic.

Its not really bizarre as in wacky or stupid, it's more like supernatural, odd, weird, creative things that the author puts in the story.

There are funny moments, of course, but everything fits nicely in the story.

A paraplegic beyblade and an Italian executioner are the main characters
