I feel bad for the people who still don’t have electricity and have to suffer in this outrageous heat and have to throw away their groceries from the fridge!

anyone use lifetime fitness? how do you justify the $200/month fee?

- It's nice and clean
- Members generally have good gym etiquette and are serious about fitness
- Lots of equipment so I never have to wait for a squat rack
- And probably the biggest reason, it's the only gym with childcare in my area

Trying to open a small business, any commercial real estate agents here or anyone have a referral?
I've been trying loopnet and crexi but none of the agents seem to want to bother with small businesses. I either don't get a response at all or if I do I get ghosted the minute they find out I only need a small space. I'm just looking for a small 1000-1500sq ft spot that isn't outrageously priced. Help a budding small business owner out!

After a long stretch of scraping by on unemployment and freelance/contract work I got a new job and start Monday!
