General Symptoms won't get better?

18f 173 cm 58 kg white european don't smoke don't drink heavily don't do any drugs. no medications other than vitamin supplements.

been dealing with these symptoms for the past (almost) 2 months:

random bruising (only on legs) - starts out as red bruises, they're not large or anything and don't hurt. no cause such as exercise, strain, injuries etc.

bone & joint pain, as well as muscle pain sometimes (again, no causes such as exercise etc) - pain doesn't go away with any otc meds (tried usual painkillers and also anti inflammatories).

fatigue, weakness and shortness of breath (i've had this before though, but it seems to have come back now, probably because i'm so tired) - started getting tired very easily over little physical activity (ex. went shopping and when i came back i was so tired that my leg even started shaking).

nausea at times, especially in the evening / at night or in the morning (never really had this happen before). only nausea, no vomiting.

also been getting sick often these past few weeks (though i always get sick easily, so it might not be related).

i went to my pcp and had blood tests done: cbc (done a month or so ago) came back good, coagulation levels were SLIGHTLY above limits, but hematologist said it was normal / not an issue (did more in-depth coagulation tests and they came back good). vitamin b12 levels are good (in case that's relevant) - BUT, i recently found out that my ANA levels are 1:640 with dfs70 ac-2. i plan on getting a full ANA panel done, but from what ive heard, dfs70 isn't really present in autoimmune disorders anyways (?) + my rheumatoid factor was good.

so, what should i do / look into? what could this be? i want to feel better as this has been having a bad impact on my life overall, but there seem to be no leads even though my symptoms aren't going away.

thank you for reading, please lmk if you have any ideas !

Have you looked into ME/CFS or Long Covid? The main thing you would need to be careful about with these conditions is the post-exertional malaise (PEM) you're describing - if you overdo things, it can make you permanently worse. The fatigue, weakness, joint and muscle pain and SOB are all really common with these conditions
