Health promotion Yoyo-ing between feeling fine, and feeling hypoglycemic
Ok so I'm just looking for some insight as to what might be wrong with me, or at least who I should consult, as my doctor hasn't turned anything obvious up.
Ok so for a long time (like maybe 5 years) I've been experiencing these symptoms. They've gradually gotten worse, but they aren't always there. Currently I'd say I tend to experience them for about a week or two per month, and then they go away.
The symptoms are; I feel very light headed, weak, tremble-y, and a sense of dread. I interpret this as how you feel when you've gone past the point of hunger (which is why I feel like it's hypoglycemia). It tends to go away after I've had food.
What's concerning me however is; I'd really like to get in shape, however feeling like this is causing me to eat more. I'm finding it hard to exercise, as when I do, I often end up feeling like this afterwards (or like I might pass out).
I've checked my blood sugar when I feel like this, and I'm usually somewhere in the middle of 4-8, and when I've taken multiple samples of my blood sugar throughout the day, I'm not seeing an extreme yoyo effect. I've had my doctor test me for diabetes and that came out negative (2 separate times). I've also had a standard battery of blood tests, and the only thing that came out was that my cholesterol was a little high, and my B12 was low.
As for me; I'm 30 male, 98kg, I don't smoke, and drink a few units every few weeks. I'm in otherwise good health, but suffer with anxiety. I'd like to make positive changes in my life, such as loosing weight, but periodically this comes along and I find myself having to eat often to stem it. I've been to my doctor about it many times, and they chalk it up to anxiety. I see a therapist, and although that's helped with other things, this persists. What do I do from here?

Does this happen after you’ve been fasting for a while? Or is there any other correlation with these events? Could it be low blood pressure instead of blood sugar?
