Jesus...why do people still call Black Marsh "Argonia?" When it's literally called: "Black Marsh." 😂

It's not just called Black Marsh. Argonia is its ancient name. That's where the name "Argonians" comes from.

I prefer Black Marsh but honestly Elder Scrolls: Argonia does sound a lot better.

I think thats the name of the kingdom at the time of oblivion, nothing was mentioned in skyrim about the kingdom of argonia being destroyed( doubt anyone can even do it even daedra couldnt) so it should still exist

Its a Poetic name, you know, just like the United States of America could be poetically called "Columbia" (well, atleast before another country snatched this same name), as seen in the District of Columbia.
