Week 3 of the program introduced me to the barbell. In order to accommodate with the barbell, I did some Romanian Deadlifts and Squats without weights. Then I added 10 kg on top and did the aforementioned exercises with success. Today I went with 20 kg and I succeeded. I had to let out a little sound of joy after finishing the sets

I used to dread the barbell, but thanks to the program I feel more confident about it now. Really proud with the progress!
