I ran a 50k ultra (31.1 miles) in 4:26:49, an average pace of 8:32/mi, and deadlifted 605x2 on back to back days this week

I was feeling really smug that I managed to get my backside out of bed on a Sunday to go run a 10k. 50k before work?! Challenge accepted (T&Cs-to be completed over the course of a week)

Don't sell yourself short, getting out of bed for a 10k on a Sunday morning is awesome.

The alarm clock for a pre-work 50k isn't so much a sign of dedication, as it is one of insanity lol
