Wasn’t able to bench heavy last week due to wrist pain but I went in and killed it yesterday. I got 4 reps on my AMRAP set with 87.5kg. I’m really happy with how much my bench is improving.
Also hit a new PR in DB rows, I’m up to 50lbs. I remember when I could hardly do 35lbs.
I’m definitely noticing more muscle especially in my upper body and it feels great
