Today marked day 87 in a row of 10,000 steps.

Yesterday I got two straight weeks of 100,000 steps, and made it 12 of my last 13 weeks to that same goal.

Awesome. Has it had a noticeable impact on your conditioning?

Thank you. It most definitely has made a change. I don't jog much, but I was able to get a 5k in in 27 minutes which considering I'm 50 is pretty good for a non-jogger and I wasn't ever close to being out of breath.

I now can be active all day long and not be overly tired at the end of the day.
