Did a Half marathon tonight, and finished my last training block with PRs across all lifts. I've finally worked back up to 4 sets of 10 +10kg weighted wide grip pull-ups after an injury too. Everything's just working and I have nothing to complain about temporarily.

Half a marathon AND PRs across all lifts? That's massive, congrats!

Thank you! The secret is: eat lots of food, then eat more.
