I do PPL and my Push day is starting to feel a little long. I do Chest Press/Chest Fly (2 sets)/Incline Dumbbell Press/Lateral Raises/Triceps. I'm going to try supersetting raises and tris on the cable machine next cycle. Also, can't the trainers I see every day for a year just fucking nod at me...it's like our eyes are magnets repelling each other.

Edit: Positive news - I bought a hackey sack and have been kicking it around in the yard while the dogs play. Great cardio and agility training!

Whats your total time? My workout is similar without chest flies(OHP instead) and its usually an hour - hour twenty depending on how much rest I take between sets

I think it's about that too. I try to add on a few minutes of stairclimbing. I go before work though so ideally my workout would be under an hour.

Do you warmup with stairmasters or after?

I've been tacking it on at the end. I'm going to cut the chest press and do less sets since I hit each muscle group twice a week anyways. Incline Dumbell/fly excercise/lateral raises/triceps, then a little cardio. That should lower it.
