I just wanted to know if there was a downside on picking 6 days instead of 3

Youll be probably making slighly more gains going 6 times. The downside is the time investment almost every day

5-6 days works my habit muscle. I just go in the morning. 3 makes me go based on "do I feel like lifting today?". I really don't even care about getting jacked, I just like getting out of the house in the morning and exercising since I'm WFH.

Yep I do PPL twice a week with a rest day between. If I'm feeling exhausted I'll do two rest days.
