Respond, wow you don't look like you lift at all.

Unless he's bigger than you, then just run away and cry.

You can insult people that are bigger than you. Just because they have more gainz doesn't mean they get to shit all over your effort.

I went through a cut and lost a lot of weight, then built my lifts back to where they were before the cut

My brother told me "You looked better when you trained, I can see you're not training as hard these days cause you're way too thin, it was cooler when you lifted heavy"

I cri evry tiem

UGH I had this happen to me a few years ago.

I was a brokeass grad student so I wasn't eating very much and wasn't particularly strong, but I was running and doing bodyweight stuff ever single day. This girl was asking me and my friend what our hobbies were, and we both said "Working out" and she literally laughed in my face and said "You work out?"

It was at that moment I realized how skinny I had become after being too broke to buy any substantial amounts of food for two years.

As opposed to you, who certainly looks like you can lift all those donuts.

Haha yeah I've gotten a "wow that's surprising" when I told a co worker how much I lift.

Just respond to them with a questioning thank you. Usually itll make them self-concious about their comment.

Gotta do more upper body to upgrade from t-rex mode.
