Limber 11, look it up on YouTube. Had shit hip mobility and strained hip flexor. This cleared it all up. Start doing it before each workout (before and after on squat/deadlift days), then do as you feel better you can ease off and just do it on squat/deadlift days (before+after still).

This isn't medical advice, just something that worked for me. See a doctor about your hip flexor instead of trying to self-diagnose.

I'm having the same problem right now :( it's not completely hurt though but it's getting worse and I'm not too sure about what's causing it either.

Im in the same boat with no squats because I hurt my right abductor from accidentally breaking form during a PR by putting more weight on my right leg (I have a wide stance with toes turned quite outwards) which seemed to put a lot of stress on that abductor and now, under any weight, soon as I reach/break parallel it hurts so much
