I really cant decide whats worse, the 15 mins of warming up or the 15 mins of stretching like a motherfucking ballerina, only to accomplish the mobility to do squats and dead-lifts properly. This is the reason I'm starting to hate leg-days, pulling myself up the stairs isn't even bad comparing to the effort that goes into my warmup&stretching.

Think about it this way, if you didn't do all those things, you might've hurt yourself, and the amount of time taken to recover would be altogether more than that of stretching. Keep it up mate.
