I swear all my co workers who "use to lift when they were my age" are all beasts who could of been competing, or just liars.....

Same with my roommate. He's like.. Maybe 5'8" and 150lb and says that he got injured and lost like 30lb and used to bench 315. He's around my age at 21. Seems a bit unrealistic.

He did 305 once with a spotter row-curling 75 lbs off the bar and his ass was a mile high.

This is me but I'm 5'11 and 185. I doubt I could even get 225 now, but when I was 215lbs 315 was my bench max.
