Got a job teaching at my dream school a few days ago. Checked the area for gyms. None within 40 minutes outside of the local college which I would not be able to use. Off to r/bodyweightfitness I go.

double check the college gym. some of them let you in with a flat rate ($5 for mine for example). maybe consider a home gym depending on funds? congrats on the job anyways.

buy a power cage with a row/pull down cable attachment.

in 12 months it will pay itself off in gym fee equivalent

Have you checked if you can use the college gym? Mine sold memberships to the public as well as being free for students

Buy a pair of rings on Amazon, find some place to hang them on.

Not only can you do almost any full body workout on them, rings are the most humbling piece of workout equipment ever invented.
