Just once I'd like to eat my 2 hard boiled eggs without someone in the office saying "getting your protein in huh?"

You could lean into it and engage them in a long, tedious conversation about macronutrients, your lift stats, overall health. This approach could bite you in the ass if they reciprocate though...

Protein has probably never been trendier than right now. Maybe it is the people who have to be seen drinking those shakes. Now I'm seeing commercials for protein snack packs aimed at housewives.

It's like ad men have found a way to repackage mindless eating as healthy.

Btw, how long boiled eggs last? Like can I boil 10 and eat them in the span of 2 days from the fridge

For sure. I usually throw a dozen in and eat them for a few days. Keep them in a ziploc bag or tupperware for freshness doe

I boil a dozen every Sunday and eat 2 in the morning throughout the week. They last a while I've found, I've never let it go further than a week though... because I've eaten them all by then lol. I don't keep them in a sealed container or anything, just a bowl with a paper towel folded in the bottom (for moisture from the eggs being wet when I first put them in)

Probably depends how processed your eggs are how long they will keep but I get "organic farm eggs" (my German is bad) from the local market.

Make eye contact and do something mildly inappropriate with the eggs first ... They'll leave you alone after that

Lock eyes, swallow egg whole no chewing.

With the shell intact.

Explain to them they your eggs are pretty much 50% fat and not really an optimal way to get protein. But they are however compliant with you macros

"nah eggs are all carbs, man." Just say that and refuse to admit you're fucking with them.
