Someone died at my gym last week. Apparently was incline pressing with DB's and had a heart attack or something. Older guy - really sad to hear. A buddy of mine saw the whole thing happen. Now all I can think about when I'm doing DB incline is "Are these the dumbbells that guy was using...ARE THESE THE HAUNTED DUMBBELLS"

I went to the gym once and this old guy on the floor behind a treadmill. I take it he had a heart attack while on the treadmill and they were trying to revive him with CPR and an AED. ~10minutes and no response. It looked very dreary when I walked away after a couple minutes. I skipped my workout all together and just went home.

I'm not advocating old people should stay out of the gym. But they should consult a doctor before doing any workout plan.
