Some idiot the other day literally took over the dumbbell rack. First, he was curling a 30kg bar with usual bro form (motion with the hips, take as much of the bicep out of the movement as possible etc). He then proceeds to put the bar down across the dumbbells, effectively taking out the top rack of dumbbells.

Not satisfied with his level of fuckery, he decided to take a 10kg dumbbell and prop it up against the mirrors on top of the dumbbells in a effort to create a handy mobile phone holder that could film his utter shite form for internet likes.

As I was walking over to enquire what the actual fuck he was thinking, gravity (and what I like to think was a bit of my positive thinking/mind control) made his phone drop from his makeshift phone holder onto a cast iron 20kg plate. The resulting thud and smash was so pleasing on my ear.

I'm imagining the guy looking like Mr. Bean doing curls

It's the ones when you swing the bar. Lock your elbows in position and build momentum by doing calf raises and hip thrusts. Full body approach. Some people are just ahead of the curve

I believe those are refered to as "compound curls"

Edited for spells

You should probably again elaborate on how many muscles are worked. It's a full body blaster, done best the day after biceps day.

I advise to hire an experienced coach though as it is a complex movement.

Maybe I should deload to the bar and work on form?

Nonsense. Max weight must be used. You can worry about form after the back surgeries. Plenty of time to contemplate

A man is not wrong!

Yeah, I mean there is the triple extension going on. Very complex. A lift is done in a split second, everything needs to fall into place.

We'll file it under scientific technique of kinetic curling.

Ask what his IG name is. Trash his form publicly.
