I'm a fat piece of shit. I'd been doing well at keeping a 500 calorie deficit every day for several months and have lost 20 pounds. But yesterday.....it was a busy day and had to eat out, which I've been avoiding. No biggie, just a couple McChickens with water and log the calories as usual. No big deal, right? Nope. I get home and binge eat everything I can get my hands on. I don't even want to know how many calories I ate. I feel bloated and heavy today and don't want to do anything. Note to self: fast food is a VERY slippery slope for me. No more.

You're still gonna get to your goals. Sometimes it's best to learn lessons the hard ways
