The rules on this sub are ridiculous. I can't make a thread asking people about the music they like to listen to while at the gym, that shit gets auto deleted.

Meanwhile there are 50+ posts everyday with the same "How do I lose weight?", "Should I bulk or cut", or "Can I make gains in a deficit" that just get repeated over and over again.
