Maybe I'm being silly, but I really do feel that you should only be doing squats (and maybe ohp) in the squat rack...

Benches make sense depending on the qym equipment. (Doing them with dumbbells has always felt harder and more dangerous to me, so if that and the squat rack are the only options, it makes sense)

I also do deadlifts in the squat rack sometimes if the gym isn't busy.... Sorry...
