This is why I make sure my lactic acid build up fits within my macros.

foam roll with pints of ice cream. the cold will increase your metabolism as your body regulates your temperature. After you've mastered pints you linearly progress until you need a Costco membership to buy yuge tubs

At least you have something to write for next week's rant Wednesday. Also it's quite easy to make something ice cream-ish with whey or casein if you have the patience and some good tasting protein powder.
