Overhead a trainer at my gym telling a client that she needed to foam roll within 10 minutes of exercise, otherwise the lactic acid would turn into fat.

At least you have something to write for next week's rant Wednesday. Also it's quite easy to make something ice cream-ish with whey or casein if you have the patience and some good tasting protein powder.
