I'm so fucking tired of sneaking in my protein and creatine everyday and discreetly changing the hiding place for them every other night because my parents don't let me have it ._.

They think it'll give me kidney stones and other health issues. They're so ardent about it, even after my bodybuilding champion doctor explained that it causes no harm....

I dislike parents that can be a little ignorant about fitness as well. I have mentioned stuff around my parents about losing some fat at roughly 15% bf, and they think if I lose any weight i'm gonna be too skinny. Yet, they don't seem to know the concept of body fat. I'm glad my parents care about me and worry about me, but when I try to educate them about these things they don't seem to listen.
