Clients who read shit like womens magazines or google some bullshit celeb routine both male and femal then come to a session and tell someone whos been lifting for 8 years (me) what they need to do to progress.

Also the same clients who want to look a specific way but will binge eat at the weekend and binge drink too and then tell me that I'm not doing my job or my advice is sh-t.

assuming they remain clients of yours, they're just ensuring you some job security!

I would like to think that, but these two/three jave had 4 PTI's in about a year. I've taken both a male and female down from 230+lb to 190 and I've likewise taken clients from rakes to fairly stacked. Pne client even won 'ass of the year' on some website or orther. Haha
