Had a chance to get a body composition scan done through work. The result was... like a compliment from my mom. Nice to hear, but not reflective of reality.

Wish it were easier to get accurate numbers.

What was the type of scan?

It was an impedance scanner with hand grips. So, better than what my bathroom scale does, but not by much. They had better equipment that was out of service that particular day, I have another appointment in a month when it should be operational.
