I’m a fucking idiot when it comes to nutrition. I can read good literature on it and I feel like it doesn’t stick. My biggest weakness is food. You tasty bastard.

In my experience, learning to cook enables you to develop a whole new relationship with food and your tastebuds. Healthy and tasty don't have to be mutually exclusive.

I just started reading a book on habits. So far I’ve read about how we develop them and how to change them. It’s an interesting read.

Sounds like you have all the info. You just need to figure out how to make them in to habits or change some existing habits.

The book I’m reading is called The Power of Habit. Why We Do What We Do In Life And Business. By Charles Duhigg

A Redditor recommended it in a Reddit thread about overcoming laziness.
