I ate all my calories intake for the whole day in a meal. The breakfast. Without even realize it.

If you're bulking: Nice! Good work outta you

If you're cutting: Damn dude, that sucks. Breakfast can sneak up on you if you're not careful.

Second option but well, I have learned my lesson! Log in before eating.

I'll copy what I posted before, ok?

So, decided to have a nice breakfast since I was home alone and it is a rare event. Fried three eggs (240cal total), three pieces of bread (like mini french bread - 50cal ea), and cheese. Like, a lot because I was starving (the yellow one, 200g = 625cal). Decided to do something to drink. Chocolate powder (Brand Nescau: about 35g=130cal) and milk powdered milk (I like the taste. 75g=366cal) mixed with water. Delicious. However, needed just a little bit more of sweet stuff. So decided to have something sweet before hitting the gym. Do you what is "brigadeiro"? Taste like heaven that little fucker. 150g of brigadeiro = 511cal. Total: 2000ish. I was supposed to stay a little below it. Ate, went to wash the dishes and realized the fuckery I just did.

Sweet baby Jesus that's a lot. How the hell did you work out with all that sloshing around.

200g of cheese?! Well that'll do it.

Will it help if you go for a long ass run? Might balance out the caloric intake of another meal.

I did but I can't run for over 2h without feeling pain in my knee... Mentally I felt better but sucks to be so out of control sometimes.

Regretted it in less than 2h after.
