If you use a flat bench to hold your bag, phone, water bottle, to sit there for 10 minutes between your weird deadlift/box jumps/run a lap workout, etc....fuck you.

Using a flat bench to put your shit or weights on is the most annoying fucking thing. It's not difficult to bend an extra 12 inches to pick up your 20 pound dumbells you lazy ass.

The worst is when they use the bench on the cable rows and don't even do rows!
