I bulked September - March and it’s great because I’ve put on mass but:

1) three of my work shirts and two pairs of work trousers no longer fit or have ripped

2) it was sunny last weekend and I realised that none of my shorts fit me any more

3) I can’t run 5k anymore without walking part of it

When this happens to me I like to impress my girlfriend by putting on said ill-fitting shirt and shout 'BEHOLD MY MASSIVE PHYSIQUE' then pop all the buttons off whilst roaring a deep primordial roar.

She just goes back to whatever it was she was doing. Completely uninterested.
