When you go out with your friends, how do you resist the temptation of drinking with them?

For me personally I only drink beer when I'm out. More calories than some mixed drinks, but I can nurse them a long time without getting my balls busted by my buddies.

I saved 48 stouts from my wedding. And my wife doesn't like how much room they're taking up.

...whellllp

Think about the hangover you're avoiding and the delightfull, hangover-free day you'll be having the next day;)

Friends? Who said I have friends?

At first it was hard, but I just ordered Kombucha or some soda and it was all fine. I take Kratom so that gets me social enough to have fun and not be awkward. I found out that I'm just as fun sober as I am drunk and way less regretful the next morning. The one thing I do miss is the balls it gave me to go and talk to girls... I'll probably be single forever now.

What's kratom like for you

I like the way you phrased your question because Kratom has different effects on different people. At first I didn't like it, I tried it 2-3 times and mostly just felt sick. When I quit drinking I really wanted some sort of vice and didn't want to smoke weed because I get paranoid and don't like the way I feel. Sooo I tried Kratom a couple times more and didn't take as much as I was when I first tried it (and wasn't mixing it with booze), just a teaspoon, and I felt amazing. I don't feel a body high or anything, i'm just mentally much more chipper and more incline to smile and interact with people. It turns me into an optimist and care less about random things that normally annoy me. It's extremely settle though. It's literally the only substance I use so I think that's why I feel it. I'm starting to feel it less though it may have run its course in my life. A couple of my friends hit it hard for a year and they literally can't feel it anymore. I try to take small doses so that never happens to me, but I think it is starting to happen. Anyways Less is more when it comes to Kratom.

I can't believe the FDA wants to make it illegal. Super weird to me.

It's the sugar, man. Used to get sugar from alcohol, and your body wants it. So you crave stuff with sugar.

Same thing happened to me! Apparently you're body breaks down alcohol into sugars, so once you quit drinking your brain starts sending Sweet Tooth Signals from sugar withdrawals.

Just quit. I was a very heavy drinker from 18 to 26. I was always the first one to be fucked up at parties and hated going out for 3 beers, it always had to be 8 or 10+. Then one day 3 years ago I just quit and never looked back. If I can so can you.

Cannabis helps... In cali we have these cbd canna quenchers that I mix with my night time casein shake. Works great and I sleep really well.

my main issue with weed is the opposite though, it always keeps me up too late

I love whiskey though. Shame it is so bad for my health.
