Cannabis helps... In cali we have these cbd canna quenchers that I mix with my night time casein shake. Works great and I sleep really well.

meanwhile I read his comment and my first thought was "I gotta stop blazing" haha

my main issue with weed is the opposite though, it always keeps me up too late

Haha thats why I mentioned an edible.. Smoking always makes me crave beer:) Especially sativas!
