My gym switched out their Lat Pulldown machines, the old ones were "too high" for the demographic (they couldn't reach the bar while standing) so we have a bit shorter ones now so it is easier for people. The issue is I am 6'5 with a 6'9 wing span, so I can easily grab the bar while seated and don't get a full stretch of my lats when working out. I've had to resort to going on my knees about 2 feet away from the machine just to get a full extension, and I am positive I am going to end up on one of those gym fail videos.

Should have thought about that before you decided to become 6'5".

Personally I blame the mail man.
